Built for expert review

AI handles the tagging, reading order and first drafts. You make the calls:

• Review screen: approve or edit alt text, confirm heading levels, reorder content with the keyboard or by dragging, and check table headers and scope.
• Document properties: title, language, display title and bookmarks in one place.
• Needs-review checklist: the items no machine can judge, such as color-only meaning, sensory instructions and link purpose.
• Repair or re-tag: when a file already has tags, we keep and repair them if they're good enough, or rebuild from scratch if they aren't.
• Keyboard first: every action has a visible button, and optional shortcuts.
• Change log: every change is recorded and exportable.

Where your expertise still matters

Some documents need a specialist no matter how good the software is. Includoc flags them instead of guessing: complex tables with merged or multi-level headers, maps and technical diagrams, scanned forms that need new form fields, XFA forms, math that needs more than alt text, and PDF portfolios. These are the jobs where your judgment earns its fee, and where clearing the routine work first gives you the time to do them well.

Batch processing

• Batch upload: up to 50 files at a time on Pro.
• Priority processing: Pro jobs get priority in our processing queue.
• Unlimited checks: check as many files as you like.
• Fair overage: Pro includes 300 AI pages a month. After that, pages cost $1.00 each. If you'd rather not go over, turn automatic overage off and processing pauses until your next billing period.

Reports under your name

Pro includes branded and white-label conformance reports. Put your firm's name on the report, and remove Includoc's name if you prefer.

Every report lists the standards tested, tool versions, results for each criterion, review notes, a timestamp and a fingerprint (hash) of the file tested, so your client can see exactly what was checked.

One login, many clients

You can belong to several Includoc organizations and switch between them. If a client has its own Includoc plan, they can invite you to their account with the right role, so their files, reports and audit trail stay with them.

Partner and reseller program

If you bring Includoc to your clients, our partner program shares the revenue:

• 25% margin on Includoc plans you resell to clients
• White-label reports for your deliverables
• A natural fit for public-sector clients: a county or college facing a Title II date can use an Organization plan for inventory, monitoring and board reports, while you handle complex remediation, training and review

Partner terms are set out in a partner agreement. You can always use Includoc to deliver your own remediation services to clients on a Pro plan. Reselling or white-labeling Includoc itself requires the partner program. Apply to become a partner.

Pricing

• Pro: $99/mo, or $990 a year. Includes 3 seats, 300 AI pages a month, $1.00 per page after that, unlimited checks, batch upload of 50 files, branded or white-label reports and priority processing.
• Credit packs for one-off projects: 100 pages for $150, 500 pages for $600 or 2,000 pages for $2,000. Credits last 12 months.
• Human-verified pages, when a client wants a second specialist's sign-off: $4 for standard pages, $7 for complex pages and $20 for form pages.

Your clients' data

Your clients will ask how their documents are handled. Files are stored and processed in the United States, deleted on a schedule, opened only in isolated containers, and never used to train AI models. Our trust page and data processing addendum have the details you can pass on.
